Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping

  1. Free Shipping on orders over $100.00.
     

  2. Processing Time: Allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing. We carefully prepare each item to ensure it meets our quality standards. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
     

  3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to help you follow its journey. Most orders arrive within 4- 7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier.
     

  4. Custom & Large Orders: Custom orders, bulk orders, or items that require special handling may take extra time to process. We will notify you of any additional delays or requirements, especially during high-demand periods.
     

  5. Shipping Delays: While we strive to ship all orders on time, please note that unexpected delays (such as weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes) may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, however if your package is delayed, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist.
     

  6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply to re-route or re-ship your package.
     

  7. Rejected/Non-deliverable shipments: We will attempt to contact the customer upon receiving a non-deliverable notice from the carrier. Any fees charged by the carrier to return the shipment to our facility will be deducted from the customer's refund, if applicable. For orders that need to be reshipped, customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the new delivery attempt.
     

  8. Damaged items: Damaged items due to shipment must be reported within 7 days of item receipt.
     

  9. Order Changes or Cancellations: Order cancellation is accepted within 24 hours of purchase. A 15% cancellation fee will apply to orders cancelled after 24 hours, waived if store credit is given. Once processing has begun, we may not be able to accommodate changes, however if you need to make a change, please reach out to our customer service team at the website chat or email at dRtifacts@gmail.com to see if we can assist. 
     

  10. Please note the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
