Hold Your Orders for Later Shipment –

Important Information

Welcome to The Merchants hoard (Ship Later / Hold Orders) service! This allows you to purchase items now and hold them for later shipment. Please read carefully before using this service.

 

Eligibility & Rules:

• $100.00 Minimum Order Requirement – An order and/or multiple orders must total $100.00 or more in combined items to be eligible for Ship Later. (Note: Your initial order does not have to meet the minimum amount initially, but it does have to meet it when you are ready to ship or you will be charged for shipping)

• Paid at Checkout – Product costs and taxes are charged at checkout.  To use the Merchants Hoard (Ship Later) service, your combined held orders must total at least $100.00 before shipping is released. Once the minimum is met, shipping is free when your items are sent.

• Members Only – You must be logged in to use this service.

• No refunds - Orders placed on hold cannot be refunded, but exchanges or store credit will be offered instead.

• Maximum Hold Period - Items can be held for up to 6 months from the original purchase date. 

• safe storage - All held items are kept securely at our location until you request shipment.

 

How to Place Items on Hold:

• Browse our store and add items to your cart.

• At checkout, select The Merchants Hoard (Hold/Ship Later) option ($0 shipping) to place your order on hold.

• If you need to contact us about an order you can go to your account members page and click The Merchant Hoard hold/ship later button. 

• use the “Hold/Ship My Order” website form on the Merchant Hoard (Ship Later) page to submit any notes for special instructions.

• Include your order number (from your confirmation email).

• Optional: you can use notes such as “combine with next order” or “hold until next month.”

 

Releasing Orders for Shipment:

• When ready to ship, return to The Merchant Hoard (Ship Later) page.

• Submit a “Ship Now / Release Order” request via the website form.

• You will receive a shipping invoice based on the items being released.

• Once the shipping invoice is sent (if the $100.00 minimum is met), we will process and ship your order. (Please make Sure the $100.00 minimum is reached or you will be charged shipping for the whole order)

 

Important Notes:

• Orders placed on hold will not ship until you request release or the deadline has expired (6 months after initial order).

• If you already paid for shipping through an order but want to switch to this service, use the “Hold/Ship My Order” website form on the Merchant Hoard (Ship Later) page to submit your order number and any notes for special instructions.

• You can submit multiple “Hold” or “Ship Now” requests for different orders.

• Keep a copy of your order numbers handy for reference.

• items will be held for up to 6 months, giving you the opportunity to combine new items added to website.

• Any abuse or misuse of this feature, or the site as a whole, will not be tolerated and may result in loss of access at our discretion.
