  • do you sell new and used items?
    Yes and no. What we mean by this is that all items have originally been purchased for one collection but never saw the light of day, displayed or played with whether in package or out of package. After their original purchase most items were just put in storage and taken care of to the best of this owners ability. So yes they are "new" but since they were owned by this owner we consider them as "used". 

 

  • what types of toys/ collectibles do you sell?
    We mainly focus on selling 1:10, 1:12 & 1:18 scale action figures, playsets, and accessories but also dip our toes in anything and everything even beyond toys from games to electronics made in the last 35 years. Keep your eyes peeled for some unexpected surprises.

 

  • How do we source and price our store items?
    Our source at the moment is what we have ourselves in hand which is more than 20k - 30k minimum of toys and accessories. As far as price we use ebay listings and other online price guides and average it out by trying to stay a little under those prices. That being said our main goal is for us to be fair and give everyone an opportunity to purchase items tariff free and with no dynamic pricing ever. The price will not be raised once it is on the website because its value has gone up or because it is rare or scarce in the market. We as collectors know that sucks!

 

  •  Are all website products authentic/original?
    For the most part yes, but there may be that hand full that may not be. It will be noted in the items description when any item that is not authentic/original is posted. if you have any concerns or issues please feel free to contact us immediately. 

 

  • Are all item pics on website shown the actual physical product i will receive?
    Yes, pics show actual items described as being sold that you will be receiving. We do our best to show and explain any defects or issues with items. any questions please contact us.

 

  • Are the items you sell loose on the website complete?
    No, not all items will be posted with all accessories. See description and pics for what comes with what items at time of purchase. Most figures sold will have most if not all their accessories put on the website eventually. We are trying to post up as many items as possible on the website as soon as possible which has been a herculean task for a mainly 2-3 person operation here.

 

  • Can I request extra photos of an item before buying?
    Yes, please  contact us and we will send a photo or even video upon request of the item in question. 

 

  • can i combine multiple orders in one shipment ?
    Yes, at checkout you can use our "The Merchants Hoard / Ship Later" option. You can also use the hold/ship now form on the website. make sure they are going to the same address and the original shipment is not in route. ($99.99 order minimum required at time of shipping from "The Merchants Hoard").

 

  • is it safe to use and store my credit card on your website?

  • How often do you add new toys to your store?
    We are aiming for a weekly to bi-weekly release of toys and collectibles to be posted on the site. Signing up for email notifications will be the earliest and easiest way to know what will be arriving. On the day of release the "newly excavated" section of the site will have the items on display. 

 

  • Are the items posted the only quantity of that said item you have available?
    For the most part yes, as this is a collection with either one loose and one in box or just one of either one. You may have rare occasions where there are more than 1 or 2 of a specific item. This is a first come first serve basis, as we will not be able to hold items until payment is made so please sign up for email notification to know which items will be released when so you don't miss a great opportunity.

 

  • How long should i expect my order to be shipped and delivered?
    We do our best to get your order packed and on its way quickly. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days. Most orders arrive within 4 - 7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier. Once you order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. While rare, carrier or weather delay may occur. We'll keep you updated if we become aware of any major issues.
