Returns / Refunds / Cancellations

At dRtifacts, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to assist you.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items (Near Prestine) are eligible for return within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Non-returnable Items: Sale items, Loose (Preserved),(Weathered), Used items (Patinated), damaged items (ruins), and Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at dRtifacts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions. Please note buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping fees will not be reimbursed to buyer as the item had already been shipped.
     

2. Refunds

  • Processing Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a Returned item does not meet our return requirements, we will notify you. any additional shipping costs to send the item back to you will be the buyers responsibilities. please note refund to your original method of payment will only be processed on items sold under the Original/Sealed (Near Prestine) category. All other Items will receive store credit only.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, Loose (Preserved), (Weathered), Used items (Patinated), damaged items (ruins), and Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
     

3. Cancellations

  • Order cancellation is accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

  • A 15% cancellation fee will apply to orders cancelled after 24 hours, waived if store credit is given. Once processing has started, we may not be able to accommodate changes. 

 

*Please note the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

*rewards issued through our program cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for monetary value. Additionally, rewards are non-refundable once issued. Thank you for your understanding and for participating in our rewards program.
